Fourth Edition of Dance
Well it was bound to happen. This will be my most emotional post on this beautiful dancer. I have watched her bounce around as a toddler, and now she has developed into one of the most polished dancers I have had the pleasure of watching.
Milan has had a passion for dancing since she was in diapers. She began her classical Ballet training at Dance Institute of Dallas, and has increased her repertoire to include Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, African and Hip Hop. She is currently a Junior at Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, where she is a member of the World Dance Ensemble under the direction of Michelle Zada Hall. Additionally, she studies at Dallas Black Dance Academy and performs in its Allegro Performing Ensemble under the direction of Katricia Eaglin.
She has received training from world-renowned dancers and choreographers such as: Madame Adrienne Dellas, Baba Chuck Davis, Juel D. Lane and Arthur Leeth, and has spent summers training at Léon Dance Arts NY, Burklyn Ballet Theatre in Vermont, and Debbie Allen Dance Institute in Dallas.
Additionally, she studies at Dallas Black Dance Academy and performs in its Allegro Performing Ensemble under the direction of Katricia Eaglin.
Milan has a reputation for dancing as if no one is watching, yet dancing as if everyone is watching at the same time. When it comes to beautiful dancers, she is definitely one to watch!
